Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated right in the heart of Madrid, making it a breeze to explore all the tourist spots and shopping areas. The rooms, although on the smaller and older side, offer a cozy retreat after a day out on Gran Via. The service was top-notch, particularly when we encountered issues with the toilet flush. Overall, a real bargain for the prime location.
The hostel is a decent choice if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a place to sleep. The room, though small and a bit hard to find within the building, had essential amenities like a single bed, a private bathroom, TV, and powerful air conditioning. The location is superb, with easy access to shopping options and public places in Madrid.
The hostel was a bit hard to find initially, tucked inside a building with no clear sign. The rooms were bigger than expected, providing a decent space to relax, though the bathroom was small and somewhat lacked cleanliness. Despite these drawbacks, if you plan to be out most of the day and just need a place to sleep and rest in between, it serves its purpose well.
